when will be coming u in online chat? how can i read a dat file in document repository and sometimes the admin cannot delete user

Multiple uploads would save hours of work in setting up the database, i.e I have a couple of hundred docs to upload, and doing them individually is going to take me some time.

Johan, I believe the intent of this feature is to allow multiple files to uploaded at the same time, all with the same settings, but not necessarily all as part of a single file entry. They will each be separate files.

If this means, multiple files to the same entry, yes please! Very much needed by me.

This feature could also be interpreted as a means to initialize the vault using a directory of existing files, each file would be treated a separate document. It would also be convenient to also provide for uploading a directory file, a csv file listing filename, owner, department, authority, etc. Having this capability could be a requirement for implementation by organizations with large numbers of existing files.

Agree with other poster, often several related files are desired to be managed as a single OpenDocMan "document". E.g. word processing file plus spreadsheet file, word processing file plus drawing file, etc.

I second this request. That is the first feature needed if one is going to implement for a business - adding many related docs. Something like allow folder names in addition to files, when a folder is seleted all recursive files are to be added with properties user gives the folder name.

Someone wrote a really nice app that will do this. It's outside of the application, but I haven't tried it with the latest release
