Well, if someone can view, he/she can "Save as". Would it be desirable for "anon/guest"?.... I would rather create an user guest with password 123456 and control file attributes. Creating automatic anon/guest user (like admin) just takes the password away. This is not really a feature, just convenience (doubtable for me, passwords can be changed, automatic user will stay there, you like it or not, unless it can be disabled).

I am not sure if this is a desirable function. Bulk upload yes but download can be potentialy harmfull for the company. See my suggestion "Download Monitoring and Alarm"

I would expande it to allow multiple documents emailing. Directly from opendocman. With a recipient(s), subject and a small body text window.

I think this would defeat the point and logic of opendocman:).... but searchability should be improved to see immediately what you want.

... and I would have forgotten, ascent/descent i perceive completely unnecessery... what it reffers to? There are about 8 columns which can be sorted up or down... Once the second field is clicked on it should start the filter and "add another" should open a second line of filter....
