Feature - Add a TAG feature

Add a tag feature to files, similar to WP taxonomies or woothemes forum. Make sure it auto-completes.

    I think TAG is a must have for a DMS, this would avoid having duplicated files in several categories, plus helps when you need to find a specific document.
