Create a unique file reference that is allocated to each document uploaded no matter which department they are allocated to, admin can define the prefix say 100 and then the file reference starts at 1 which would make the unique reference 100-1 not sure if one would be able to further develop this that each department could have there own uniue prefix so one could identify just by looking at the file reference in which department the file resides?
