Allow moving documents to assignable folders once they are reviewed and sent out mail for such action for related people to know the status
Consider a case of Vendor Invoice recieved by accounts requiring review by reviewer, now the accounts department would scan and post the document, once reviewed it would move "reviewed folder" so that now accounts know which Invoices to settle and users gets clutter free view of files pending for review. This is just a case for one department such functionality would help across many departments like accounts, stores document (GRN's), design, marketing etc... Clutter of pending documents and reviewed documents in a common list view would be reduced.
