That is a good idea, and we already have a request for context sensitive help.
The problem with having help pages point to an online wiki is that we have many users that need OpenDocMan to be usable offline. Any help text would need to be available as part of the OpenDocMan source code. We will have to figure out a good way to provide that, but it is definitely on the radar. We have a small amount of help available on the add-file page, which is sort of context sensitive. It would be much better to just have a "?" on the page somewhere that would provide a pop-up with a list of help items for each page.

An error occurred while saving the comment Actually, it sounds like maybe you want to have a non-publicly listed anonymous file? The anonymous feature is going to be done as an anonymous page that lists all anon files for view. But you just want to be able to email someone a link to the file for them to view without them having an account right?

An error occurred while saving the comment OpenDocMan 1.2.6beta includes language translation code. All that is needed is for someone to translate the english.php file into their native language and then pass that new file onward to us.

We are currently looking into this feature.
An error occurred while saving the comment No, PDF/Word,etc. are stored in binary. There is not much plain text inside the files. There may be some php library for searching common file types though that might be a good candidate for implementing into opendocman.

An error occurred while saving the comment I could see this as search options that allow you to add filtering criteria one at a time, and allow you to continue to add new criteria to the end of the list by clicking on an "add another" button.

An error occurred while saving the comment With the release of 1.2.6beta and the new plugin feature I am hoping that an LDAP authentication plugin will be created. Either by me, or preferably by someone else who needs the functionality and would like to donate the code back to the project. :)

Can you explain what you mean by single sign-on? What type of authentication are you referring to?

Would also want to put in place the ability to filter-out any departments the user is not a member of.
