I am surprised this is not at the top of the list. It's a given that organizations have groups that contain users, but this package doesn't consider that users can be members of multiple groups. Without the ability to make users members of multiple groups, many organizations that this product could fit, are excluded as potential client's because it won't fitl. That is a showstopper for me. I think that's a shame because this package is one of the better DMS' out there.
