Automatic filing based on information in a specific location on a document
I work in a field where I can easily collect hundreds of pages of stuff, most of it meaningless (until its not, then it's critical all of a sudden), on people I support, I'm a medicaid case manager. I have a caseload of about 40 peeps. Every day I get or generate something that needs to be filed. Full professional profile ( ability to gather mode info from members)
Hello stephen, i use your app and i was wondering if you have an update with more fields in user profile? this will help the work group to be able to gather a Professional profile about each member and assign work by Professional and educational background. in a way we are looking of a way to keep a profile which will contain a full resume ( sort of.)

Groups
In the Admin area, have a creation of GROUPS the same as categories and such. And when submitting new DOC, put a field for which group or groups or none, multi-ability of selection. Then, each signup member can also, when signing up, have the ability to request being within selected groups or simply general signup.

Upon DOC post, owner - radio button to require anyone wanting to checkout that DOC, ask permission.
Upon new DOC placement, the current perms are great, although not all DOCS should be open to everyone simply. Put a radio button for owner of DOC to require anyone who wants access, they need to send a DOC request for permission. And then the owner will have a double selection in an email, to allow or deny, subsequently sending a return email that opens the DOC to that client or simply denies with no need of explanation.

allow sending documents to other users
allow users to send documents to any user in any department. also giving them an option to accept receiving a document, commenting on it.
